Key Responsibilities:

• Installation: Install and configure equipment on-site, ensuring compatibility and compliance with specifications.
• Maintenance: Perform inspections and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Customer Support: Train customers on equipment use and act as the primary technical contact for inquiries.
• Documentation: Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards on all installations and repairs.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience as a Field Engineer or Technician.
• Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in the industry.
