Join us. **Job Description** AECOM Hunt has a need for a Field Management Technician for our construction project in Chicago, IL. + Performs a variety of tasks in support of survey or construction activities. + Duties may differ depending on the specialty area. + Activities may include setting up and operating equipment; inspecting equipment; inspection of engineering installations for compliance with specifications; maintaining project documentation; assisting with the building, repair, or maintenance of a structure or roadway. + Relies on general understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to plan and accomplish moderate goals. + Works under direct supervision. Founded on a reputation of professionalism and quality, with the financial backing of AECOM, we are one of country’s premier builders. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + High school diploma and a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Exceptional organizational skills are essential for this role. + Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. + 2-6 years of pertinent industry experience is highly valued. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook. + Proven capacity to work autonomously, comprehend and execute complex instructions with precision. + Substantial experience in coordinating vendors and managing work schedules efficiently. + Experience working in a high-performance team environment. + Working knowledge of building/construction or building supplies. **Additional Information** + This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future. + Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test. + This position does not include relocation. + Remote work is not available for this position. + In order to receive a security badge at the client worksite to enable access to secure portions of the facility for which you are being hired to perform services, you may be required to pass the client's security screening process, which will include, but may not be limited to, Homeland Security background check and fingerprinting. Should this be required it will be done after you have commenced employment, and your participation in that process and a pass rating by the client are both conditions of your continued employment by AECOM Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
