The ideal candidate will create and execute data-driven strategies using SEO, SEM, social media, email automation, and analytics
They will transform traditional methods to dynamic, digitally integrated field marketing, develop localized campaigns, and ensure seamless multi-channel execution
Emphasizing account-based marketing and strategic event management for sales alignment and customer engagement is crucial.ResponsibilitiesLeading the field marketing team in the creation of localized marketing strategies
Aligning with global strategies while addressing region-specific needs
Ensuring campaign effectiveness by continuously optimizing strategies based on performance data and market insights.Designing and implementing integrated marketing plans with a focus on digital channels
This involves ensuring cohesive execution across platforms such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.Leading the ABM strategy for the field marketing team
Ensure collaboration with sales teams to create and execute targeted ABM strategies that align with account priorities and revenue goals
Creating regular reporting on campaign results and lead team in optimizing campaigns across multiple digital and offline channels
Including ensuring consistent messaging and results-driven tactics.Using marketing analytics and market research to gain actionable insights for optimizing marketing spend
This includes maximizing ROI, customer acquisition, and retention
Proficiency in analytics tools is essential for tracking KPIs, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value (LTV).Taking ownership of the regional event strategy, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis
Partnering with central events teams and ensuring a smooth collaboration between field team, events team and sales
In order to drive attendance, engagement, and measurable outcomes from events.collaborating with sales, central marketing, and research network teams to align messaging, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies
