Under the direction of and reporting to a National Sales Manager, primary duties are to plan, grow and manage the product category(s) through the administration and coordination of a variety of sales and marketing functions while maintaining a cooperative relationship with internal and external customers.

_Under the direction of and reporting to a National Sales Manager, primary duties are to plan, grow and manage the product category(s) through the administration and coordination of a variety of sales and marketing functions while maintaining a cooperative relationship with internal and external customers._
Duties and Responsibilities
+ Be subject matter expert and primary contact point for sales force on Power Tool Accessories, Hand Tools, Storage, PPE, and critical Power Tool Categories
+ Participate in key customer presentations, line reviews, editorial visits/interviews, trade shows and other industry events as needed to promote the category(s).
+ Develop a detailed target account list and strategic plan for each account in collaboration with Industrial Channel (IC) sales and Jobsite Solutions (JSS).
+ Lead and interact with various cross functional teams and departments to collaborate and deliver on sales objectives.
+ Analyze and interpret data from sales initiatives and report to senior management.
+ Work collaboratively with National Account Mangers, Sales Leadership, and Marketing to develop meaningful resources for the field.
+ Work with product to develop comprehensive commercial plan to support all new product launches (ex: training modules, product specific videos & collateral, web campaign, channel or trade specific strategies, as well as a full promotional plan.)
+ Collaborate with brand & channel marketing to develop/enhance appropriate programs and promotions to deliver quarterly and annual budget.
+ Maintain up-to-date opportunity funnel that delivers on overall category goals.
Education and Experience Requirements
+ Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related area.
+ A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing/Sales roles(s).
+ Position requires accomplished analytic, written, verbal and interpersonal skills plus demonstrated track record of achievements in positions or increasing responsibilities, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
+ Willingness to travel 50% of the time. Mainly air travel will be required.
+ Must be comfortable and knowledgeable working on a commercial & residential jobsite: end user visits, making sales calls with Milwaukee sale & distributor sales force, and field testing.
+ 100% bilingual (Spanish – English)
