As a Field Marketing representative, you will be the voice of our restaurant, engaging with potential and existing customers to showcase what makes IYIA unique. Your role will be essential in driving brand awareness, promoting special events, and help to further establish IYIA in the community.

In this role, you will connect with the vibrant Miami community by introducing IYIA’s Mediterranean cuisine, highlighting our affordability, and sharing the lifestyle experience we offer. You will actively support our marketing efforts, helping us expand our reach and foster lasting relationships with guests looking for exceptional dining in the heart of Midtown Miami.

Success in this position will require strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality. This role involves working closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through on-site and community-based marketing initiatives, that define IYIA Miami.

Job duties

• Interact and build a network with local traffic in Midtown and surrounding areas to promote brand awareness
• Assist in developing and implementing field marketing campaigns to promote our fine dining restaurant.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand promotion and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and content.
• Organize and participate in local events, food festivals, and community activities to increase brand visibility.
• Help build, and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and media outlets.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team to improve future campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in field marketing, preferably in the hospitality or fine dining industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
