About the Job
The Field Marketing Support Specialist leads in the flow-through of projects in the Dallas Support Center on behalf of the Field Marketing Team. This position is instrumental to the success of the Field Marketing Team as this person plays an integral role in ensuring projects progress through all necessary Support Center functions accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities)
- Manages the Local Marketing Marketplace Website to ensure the marketing materials reflect the current national strategy.
- Leads New Restaurant Opening and Remodel calls: recommend restaurants marketing materials and tracks results.
- Creates merchandising and manages the program for optional and regional menu items in restaurants.
- Leads the local email marketing platform: creates materials, deploys communication and creative messaging, manages partner relationships, and tracks results. Set up new accounts, provide training and guidance on how to use the platform.
- Manages and approves all E-Blast email submissions to include account set up, training, approval, and coordination with other departments
- Manages the submission of field marketing projects with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure the implementation of local marketing initiatives.
- Works cross-functionally to manage and ensure the marketing promotions work in the POS system in an accurate timely manner.

Education and Experience Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
1-2 years of marketing or related experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize / solid time management.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel 10% of the year.
