The Field Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate all field operations related to Healthcare, Industrial projects, and small-scale projects valued under $10 million. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. The Field Manager will ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain quality standards, and foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
The Role:
- Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of field operations for selected projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Team Leadership: Supervise field staff, providing guidance, support, and training to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets company policies, industry standards, and client expectations.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to optimize project execution.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate clear communication and project alignment.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all field activities comply with safety regulations and best practices, promoting a culture of safety among team members.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, implementing cost-saving measures where possible without compromising quality.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular project status reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs for field staff and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Industrial team and assist operations in building relationships and exploring bidding opportunities.
- Support new leaders in the Superintendent role, focusing on developmental needs and opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Work closely with Preconstruction Team on managing small, negotiated jobs or bids under $10 million, ensuring successful execution with inexperienced Superintendents.
- Partner with the Yard to organize and optimize yard management.
- Focus on the development of concrete finishers and laborers, promoting team growth.

Experience: Minimum15 years of experience in field management, preferably within healthcare or industrial sectors, or with a focus on small projects.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
