Job Overview - Field Operations Specialist:
Join our trusted client's dynamic healthcare team as a Field Operations Specialist in Bronx, NY. This role is focused on providing essential support through various administrative tasks, customer service, and coordination efforts, ensuring smooth member service deliveries and team operations.

Location: Bronx, NY
Compensation: $24 - $26/hour
Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities as the Field Operations Specialist:

• Service Coordination: Conduct service coordination and home visits for the care management team.
• Administrative Support: Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support member service deliveries.
• Customer Service: Address common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Team Support: Assist the care management team with ongoing responsibilities and coordination activities.

Qualifications for the Field Operations Specialist:

• Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; BA/BS recommended.
• Experience: 2-3 years in a managed care or home care setting.
• Licensure: Valid NYS driver’s license and the ability to visit members in their homes.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Communication: Strong ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from various stakeholders.
