About the Job
Based in Cincinnati, Ohio and a key member of the Kroger team, this position is responsible for:
- Land O'Lakes Kroger Team communications.
- Retail Operations Liaison.
- Shopper Marketing Liaison - KPM/BCC/YouTech.
- Insights and Standardized Reporting/Support.
- Contract and Promotional Administration.
- Working with Kroger's data management team to set up all new/accepted items.
- Deductions and Post-Audit Validation.
- Office Management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or higher, from accredited college or university or equivalent relevant experience - or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience working with a sales team.
- 2+ years working with a data management team.
- Office management.
- Proficiency with syndicated data sources (IRI Unify, Numerator, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, insights, or Sales within the CPG industry.
- 2+ years of experiencing analyzing and interpreting data and storytelling.
- Experience working with a Kroger sales team
- Experience working with Kroger's data management team.
- Proficiency in data entry working with Kroger systems (1worldsync, DemandTec, Lavante, 84.51 platforms).
- Proficiency with accounting and budgeting principles.
- Experience in the Food and Beverage CPG space.
- Proficiency in PowerBI, JDA, Market6, Stratum.
Skills & Competencies:
- Collaboration is essential in this role. Working with product marketing, research, customer marketing and our field selling organization is key to success.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships that lead to mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Administrative expertise as it relates to organization and planning.
- Able to execute strategic objectives and provide input as needed to keep priorities on track.
- Strong communication skills, confidence in cross functional team communication both internally and externally with customers.
- Must have strong analytical skills, be results-oriented, demonstrate strong strategic thinking, be able to juggle multiple, and at times rapidly evolving priorities.
- Must bring a proactive and engaging approach to category insights and team collaboration.
- Ability to effectively multi-task across numerous projects simultaneously.
Salary is negotiable based on experience : $77,280 - $115,20
