As a seasoned sales individual, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for Anderson Power Services. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales deals. Your ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and provide excellent customer service will be key to your success in this role; as well a strong background in the electrical or mechanical field.

Qualifications:
- Home Construction Knowledge: Familiar with skeletal framing and fundamentals.
- Code Knowledge: Understanding of electrical and mechanical codes.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in the generator industry.
- Travel: Ability to travel daily for site visits and meetings.
- Self-Motivated: Independent, goal-oriented, and able to achieve targets.
- Organizational Skills: Efficient in paperwork, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM software and technology.
- Problem-Solving: Quick and effective issue resolution.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude.
- Adaptable: Flexible to market and company changes.
- Driving Requirements: Valid license and clean record.
- Clean Background: No pending legal issues.
- Presentation Skills: Effective sales presentations.
- Follow-Up: Persistent in closing sales.
- Sales-Driven: Eager to exceed targets.
- Lead Generation: Proactive in finding new business.
- Networking: Willing to attend marketing events.
- Storm Season Travel: Open to travel during storms.
What you’ll do:
- Schedule and conduct in-home consultations with leads mostly generated from home office and maintain lead pipeline
- Build and maintain positive business relationships including with builders and real estate agents for future customers
- Follow up after job completed to provide ongoing support
- Achieve monthly sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service
