Field Sales Representative
Location: Portland, OR/Remote
Duration: 3 months with possible contract to hire
Description:
Responsible for sharing Client solutions with members of the community in a door to door sales approach. This includes having energy, knowledge and ability to overcome concerns and questions from customers.
Ability to learn the Tech industry and speak with ease and comfort about the many solutions and offerings of Client. Yes, you will be a technology expert after training. You will continue to receive training, feedback and advice from industry leaders throughout your career and there are many changes to apply those skills in careers throughout the Company.
Demonstrate your expertise in customer service by wowing each customer with each transaction. Even if the neighbor is not or elects not be a customer, we want them to leave the conversation with a great feeling about Client and the amazing team that works here.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain mileage/expense reports and share back weekly reports of your progress.
Explain what the scope of the work/project is:
Helping customers choose an internet plan that is best for them by directly knocking on their residence and showing them options
Who is the customer (internal/external): People that need internet
What is the size of the group this position will be supporting:
30 customers a month
What is the technical environment:
Needs to have knowledge with iPads, smartphones, and laptops
Describe work environment / team culture:
Positive and uplifting
What are the top 3-5 skills / technologies and qualifications required: Working with apps, email, and virtual meetings
What non-technical Skills are necessary (such as communication, problem solving, team player, i.e.):
