The Field Service Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Field Service team for work orders and compliance related to on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to maintain the highest quality level for all parts, products and systems. This is an onsite position based out of our Memphis, TN office.
Responsibilities
+ Create service systems/assets in Globus Service System - Dynamics 365.
+ Manage work order cycle in Dynamics 365 from open to close in alignment with company policies & procedures.
+ Coordination and maintenance of Memphis Calibration Tool Program.
+ Parts and supplies management for the field service depot as needed.
+ Participate in internal meetings with field service team, depot and quality departments.
+ Ensure compliance with US FDA and international medical device regulations and ISO 13485 quality system requirements.
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or equivalent administrative experience required; associate's degree preferred.
+ Computer proficiency with MS Office is required.
+ Knowledge of quality or reliability engineering is a plus.
+ Solid decision-making skills that effectively support business and company policies.
+ Self-starter and team player with the ability to work autonomously in a challenging and fast paced environment.
+ Dependable and flexible.
+ Travel requirements as needed.
