Job Overview:Summary/Objective
The Aftermarket Services Field Service Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating Field Service Team logistics and operations.
Responsibilities:Essential Functions/Responsibilities

- Serve as the initial point of contact for all field service related inquiries.
- Dispatch service requests to the appropriate Field Service Engineer(FSE).
- Quote, schedule, and invoice all field service activities through Field Service Salesforce system (FSL).
- Responsible for all basic administrative functions for the FSL.
- Ensure account maintenance, inventory, and dispatch console are up to date.
- Keep work orders, cases, and assets up to date.
- Close and invoice work orders efficiently.
- Ensure correct parts and tools are onsite for field service visits.
- Communicate directly with customers, updating them on the status of orders and visits.
- Interact with regional Field Service Manager and Customer Centers within the region to ensure all the information in FSL is up to date.
- Act as a primary administrator for transfer of information between the ERP and Salesforce systems.
- Prepare and maintain business and training related reports.
- Provide administrative support to the Field Service Manager, including answering calls, providing updates, and other assigned duties.

- Advanced computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (flowcharting).

Work Environment
Work primarily in an office environment.
Education
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Salesforce certification a plus.
Experience
- 5+ years of both Salesforce and customer service experience, preferably in an industrial equipment manufacturing environment
Physical Demands
- Stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, type, and write.
- Reach with hands and arms, bend, stand on a stool or climb, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Use standard office equipment such as computers, smart phones, printers, photocopiers, etc.
- Lift files and open desk drawers and filing cabinets.
- Extended hours may be necessary as the workload dictates

- Participate in other safety training as directed by the Company or manager.
