WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating customer quotes, orders, and purchase requisitions in SAP, ensuring that everything flows smoothly from start to finish. As the go-to person for our field service engineers, you'll provide them with all the necessary job information and be their first point of contact for any scheduling needs.
In addition, you'll be handling incoming calls and emails from our valued customers, both domestic and international. Your excellent communication skills will come in handy as you follow up on pending quotes, purchase orders, and revisions. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM YOU?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook skills
- Ability to type 50+ wpm
- SAP or similar
- Ability to remain positive in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to work independently within a team setting
An associate degree or equivalent is preferred but not required. Familiarity with manufacturing would be a plus.
