Field Service Engineer
Position:
This field service position is a home based and remote opportunity in Kansas City, MO/KS that will be responsible for installations and any after sales service of automated machines, ensuring they meet the company's high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities include using your technical skills of electrical and mechanical abilities to conduct installations, maintenance, and ongoing service of upgrades on equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily service calls include servicing repairs and providing maintenance, assist with installation of new capital plant equipment and any upgrades of existing plant machinery. Responsibilities include writing and submitting reports from service visits promptly and accurately.

Qualifications Desired:
Field service experience and or maintenance background
Desire to travel from 50-75% weekly from your remote office
Electrical and mechanical experience (electromechanically inclined)
Automation and food industry experience
Prior military experience with technical backgrounds and training
Customer service experience with excellent verbal & written communication skills

75,000 - 95,000 /year
