| Field Service Maintenance Mechanic Tech Maintenance Technician Field Service Engineer Install Repair Calibrate Maintain Automated Industrial Lifting Equipment Hoists Cranes Gantries Trolleys Transfer Cars Automation Control Systems _. Participate in the design, installation, commissioning, programming and troubleshooting of automated lifting systems involving Automated Cranes Gantries Hoists for clients across region. *** Maintain and grow solid client relationships. *** Evaluate company proposal and customer equipment specifications to determine optimal machine control architecture. *** Oversee project execution including team leadership, control panel engineering, PLC and HMI programming, and site start-up of integrated systems. *** Program automation.. *** Assist customer acceptance testing of subject equipment. *** Support projects in the field including installation, secondary acceptance testing, and startup support and training. *** Troubleshoot automation components such as: --- Power Supplies --- HMI Touchscreens & Digital Displays --- Programmable Controls --- PLCs & Drives --- Pendants --- Motors & Variable Frequency Drives --- Machine Vision Collision Avoidance Systems --- Lidar, Infrared, and Lasers --- Spot, Warning & Safety Lights --- Slotted Microwave Guide SMGs --- Optic & Magnetic Positioning Systems APOS.
