️WMH is looking for a Field Service Mechanic/Technician to join our elite team! You’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of material handling equipment right at our clients' locations. Your expertise will ensure our clients' operations run smoothly, making you an essential part of our success story. Key Responsibilities
Perform Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
️ Diagnose Issues: Identify, troubleshoot, and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to ensure quick and effective resolutions.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about the status and needs of their equipment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours, in compliance with company standards.
⚠️ Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and standards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience: At least 3 years as a mechanic/technician in material handling, automotive, or heavy equipment industries.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Skills: Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills with proficiency in diagnostic tools & equipment.
- Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license required; certifications in forklift maintenance and repair are preferred.
