Field Service Supervisor - Whelan Security

Job Title: Security Field Supervisor and Operations Support 
Location: Louisville, KY
Pay Rate: $22 / hour , plus $400 monthly vehicle allowance  
Must Have Security Experience- Supervisor Experience Highly Preferred 
 
 
Shifts and Hours - Tuesday - Saturday 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. however hours will sometimes vary- Open Availability Required

JOB DESCRIPTION 
GardaWorld Security is a performance-based company that cares deeply about maintaining our conservative business culture. The Supervisor is an operational employee of the company responsible for inspections, training, scheduling, delivering of supplies to accounts and occasionally personally filling account posts for a specific shift, typically reporting into a CSM. In some cases, the Field Supervisor will also provide drive-by patrol services to patrol accounts. The Field Supervisor is responsible for working with the CSM Account Managers, and Site Supervisors in the branch to develop schedules, manage schedules, fill open shifts and oversee the Special Response Officers. The Field Supervisor role is 100% tactical and operational. The Field Supervisor is expected to build upon a culture of employee engagement and set the example for all employees in the branch of servant leadership and personal commitment to the GardaWorld Values. 
 
Performance Metrics: The Field Operations Manager is expected to achieve the following metrics within GardaWorld’s performance-based business environment: 

• 100% of shifts covered by qualified personnel at all accounts during the responsible shift 

• Personnel inspections and training of personnel to all accounts during the responsible shift 

• Personnel recruiting to ensure full staffing levels 

• Become proficient in all company software systems (on-boarding, scheduling, financial) 

 
 
QUALIFICATIONS 
 
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to: 

• A valid driver's license is required- Must be 21+ and able to pass MVR 

• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements 

• Must have reliable transportation 

• At least 1 years of Security Supervisor Experience Required 

• Winteam Experience a plus 

• Level 3 preferred, but not required 

General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include: 

• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) 

• Valid DL 

• Pass an extensive screening process 

• Must Have Security Supervisor Experience
