As a Field Service Technician, you are the frontline representative of our company, delivering technical expertise and support directly to our clients' locations. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment, installing and configuring systems, and providing exceptional customer service. A key aspect of this role is the ability to troubleshoot issues, communicate effectively with clients, and ensure that our products or services meet or exceed expectations. You'll be working independently or as part of a team, often on-site, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. - Inspect, troubleshoot and diagnose Construction equipment and Crushing/screening Equipment for needed repairs and perform designated repairs on customer or company-owned machines as directed. Repairs are made on, but not limited to LIEBHERR, ROADTECH, GOMACO, MANITOWOC, GROVE, and many other exceptional brands of equipment.
- Technician skills include, but are not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of construction, mining, paving, and lifting equipment.
- Preventive maintenance and general machine upkeep.
- Detection of faults through the use of diagnostic laptop computers, gauges, and instruments in all machine systems: electronics, hydraulics, power train, engines, and general machine performance is expected. Occasional operation of a machine in the determination of repair need or repair assessment may occur.
