Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade industrial grade packaging systems located at various prepared food and consumer goods manufacturers. COMPANY'S FIELD TECHNICIANS EARN OVER SIX FIGURE INCOMES. Activities: *** Travel across selected area for standard service and last second emergency calls. *** Perform installations, calibrations and repairs on packaging equipment such as: Fillers, Cappers, Labelers, Wrappers, Cartoners, Boxers, Palletizers, etc. *** Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, mechanical and hydraulic systems; motors and motor drives; machine vision components; sensors; PLCs and multi-axis controls; and similar. *** Train customer operators on proper use and simple upkeep of packaging equipment. Machines Include: Inline Capping Machines: Crimpers; Chuck Cappers; Rotary Chuck Cappers; Stopper Placement; Spindle Cappers; Snap Cappers; Roll Over Pilfer Proof (ROPP) Cappers; Cap Tighteners; Pick & Place Cappers; Vertical Placers; Screw Cap; Push-On Cappers; Roll-On Cappers. Inline Cap Sorters, Feeders & Orienters: Vertical Wheel; Centrifugal Feeders; Waterfall Feeders; Vibratory Feeders; Cap Elevators. Flexible Packaging: Pouch & Bag Converting, Filling & Sealing Machines: Roll to Roll; Bag Makers; Pouch Makers; Wicketers; Side & Bottom Seal Baggers and Pouchers; Flow Sleevers; Pouch Form, Fill & Seal; Sachet Packaging; Web Slitters; Wrappers; Tube Filling & Sealing; Foil Condiment Packet.
