- Utilize your expertise in mechanical, electrical controls and machinery to perform on-site installations, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of machine control systems and technical customer training
- Proactively drive the collection of information that aids in the development and improvement of products and services offerings
- Provide service and customer support during field visits
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Ensure all support-related activities are captured in the company software system
- Report technical feedback to senior management and manufacturers as appropriate
- Assist in the development, documentation, and maintenance of support processes
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Meet The Minimum Qualifications: You have at least 1+ year of experience with heavy equipment and hydraulic systems
- Manage Projects Like A Pro: You're highly organized, with strong communication skills to ensure projects are done on time
