CBIZ Network Solutions delivers onsite technical support to Edward Jones home and branch offices across the U.S. and Canada. As a trusted Edward Jones partner, we prioritize exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and repairing computers, printers, telephones, and other technical components. Additionally, our team supports Edward Jones with project coordination, process management, and software solutions whenever needed.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
- Troubleshoot, repair and or replace equipment in an efficient and timely manner to minimize associate down time and meet or exceed the CBIZ Service Level Agreement.
- Responsible for tracking and inventory of specified equipment.
- Responsible for opening, updating and closing Service Center tickets as required. Performing other administrative responsibilities as required.
- Responsible for desktop hardware upgrades, installs, moves and removes during normal business hours, evenings and weekends.
- Provide technical support to client associates in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.
- Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide service to home office in case of an emergency.
- Evening and weekend hours expected when required with sometimes less then 3 days notice.
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining equipment and consumables at each campus stock location.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of job-related experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree from accredited college or technical school
- Able to use all related computer hardware and software
- Able to use job-related hand held tools.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 100+ pounds of equipment.
- Must have good communications skills.
