Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer sites (domestic and international) to install or service Drake equipment
- Ensure that all equipment meets engineering and customer specifications, and that the equipment performs to the customer requirements
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems at customer site and provide over the phone service support
- Provide on-the-job training to customer personnel on the operation, maintenance and repair of the equipment.
- Make oral presentations to customers or Engineering staff regarding training, maintenance, repairs, product problems and recommended solutions
- Prepare and submit detailed written reports of worked performed, problems experienced, recommendations on improvements and training performed at customer facilities
- Provide recommendations (oral or written) to the Engineering Department for design specifications to correct problems and/or provide performance improvements
