Role
As a Field Service Technician (also known as Field Operations Specialist, Field Support Technician), you'll be a crucial part of a dynamic team, contributing to the assessment and implementation of departmental goals. You'll conduct customer service visits, handle day-to-day repairs, and perform preventative maintenance for various transit agencies and clients. You'll also identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers, or field personnel as necessary to procure replacement parts.

- 2-4 years of technical experience required.
- HS diploma or equivalent required, AS degree; A+ certification preferred.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Technical and business knowledge including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Prior experience with ERP environments and planning in database tools preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic electronic operations and make sound technical decisions.
