About the Role: We are seeking 4 Field Service Technicians to provide exceptional technical service, training, and support to our customers. This is a high-priority position with one role based in Texas and three positions located near major airports (Chicago, Indianapolis, Detroit, etc.) to facilitate travel. The job involves 80-90% travel, requiring flexibility for domestic and occasional international assignments.
These roles involve on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and installations with a focus on ensuring smooth operations for both existing and prospective customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain service documentation, and utilize ERP tools to ensure accurate reporting. The ideal candidates will possess both mechanical and electrical expertise and excel in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services during field visits.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, service, and project management) to deliver high-quality service.
- Maintain detailed and timely service reports, logs, and documentation.
- Utilize ERP tools to track service actions and generate customer experience reports.
- Understand and respond to customer needs, offering recommendations as appropriate.
- Cultivate positive, long-term customer relationships.
- Uphold company protocols and maintain compliance with field service standards.
Compensation:
- Base pay: $26-$36/hour, depending on experience.
- In-plan compensation: Additional $15/hour while working with customers.
- Overtime pay: Saturday overtime and regular overtime available.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Technical Diploma preferred; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical service role.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical wiring.
- Mechanical proficiency and experience working with machinery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ERP systems for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Willingness to travel up to 90% annually, including weekends and international travel (less than 10%).
Additional Information:
- Business Hours: Monday through Friday, with flexibility for weekend travel as needed.
