| Field Service Maintenance Mechanic Tech Maintenance Technician Field Service Engineer Electrician Mechatronics Install Repair Calibrate Maintain Automated Industrial Lifting Equipment Hoists Cranes Gantries Trolleys Transfer Cars Automation Control Systems _. Seeking experienced Service Technician with 3+ years maintaining and repairing Industrial Lifting, Material Handling & Transfer Equipment. Shall provide installation assistance, regular preventative maintenance, parts replacements and repairs and assist in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on site and via telephone or video call. Activities: *** Travel locally, regionally, nationally and internationally to visit customer sites and service industrial Cranes, Gantries, Hoists & Associated Automation Control Systems. *** Train customer machine operators and end users on proper start up, operation and shut down procedures. *** Install, troubleshoot, perform preventative repairs and maintenance to Hoists, Cranes, Gantries, Trolleys and related equipment. Preferred Background: *** Experience servicing Industrial Lifting, Material Handling & Transfer Equipment. *** Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems and sub-components, such as: Casters; Crane Wheels; Motors; Trolleys; Cabling; Motorized Cable Reels; Reel Systems; Rope Drums; End Carriages; Girders & Tracks; Conductor Bar Systems; Slings; Bumpers; Festoon Systems; Pully, Block & Sheave Assemblies; Rachets; Brakes; Gearboxes; Pinions; Drive Shafts; Couplings, Bearings & Seals; Lubrication Systems; Control Panels; Joysticks, Pendants, etc. *** Understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers, ability to program, troubleshoot and re-route wiring. Generous hourly rates, up to $48 an hour with plenty of overtime potential and end of year performance bonus. Travel reimbursement, hotel and meal per diem, and flight reimbursement.
