Field Service Technician - Tanknology

Our Apollo Beach office is looking for a Dispatch and Routing Coordinator to join our Monthly Inspections team. This role will play a pivotal part in the operational success of the team by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as well as business efficiencies by determining the proper routing of jobs. This is a full-time on-site role located in Apollo Beach, FL. This person will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as dispatching, communication, customer service, skilled multi-tasking, and data entry. The Dispatch Coordinator will ensure smooth coordination of tasks and efficient scheduling to meet customer expectations and compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

What are the primary responsibilities?

• Dispatch Inspectors and Technicians according to location and certifications
• Schedule monthly routes with forethought to promote optimum efficiency
• Track completion of inspections and pertinent reports
• Answer incoming calls from existing customers
• Other duties as assigned

What skills or certifications must this person have?

• Possess high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be fluent in Excel

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Experience in data entry and record keeping
