Overview:
TRAINING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Classroom instruction experience.
- Ability to travel 75% of the time (50% expected).
- Good interpersonal skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of motor theory.
- Experience or knowledge in motor rewind and repair.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide qualified training to customers.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
- Maintain notes in database with details of customer support issues.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work to increase the positive motivation and team effort of the company.
- Submit training reports after each course.
- Provide input and research required to increase the quality of classroom instruction and materials in the training courses.
- Provide written and verbal feedback on product improvement recommendations from customers.
- Responsible for complying with policies and procedures outlined in the corporate Quality Assurance Manual.
- Handle other requests from management on a timely basis.
