Field Service Technician - Robert Half

Description An MSP client of ours based in Wenatchee, WA is looking for a Field Service Technician that ideally has previous MSP experience or has supported multiple end users with multiple locations. You will need to be local to Wenatchee/Leavenworth/Chelan/Cashmere/Moses Lake as this is a fully on-site role with a fair amount of travel (50-75%) in the Wenatchee area or within a couple hours drive (all mileage covered by the company). Key Responsibilities: - Setup and install workstations. Support client transfer of data and software. - Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve workstation hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. - Setup, install and troubleshoot network equipment (firewalls, switches, access points). - Uphold stringent security protocols to protect networks from threats and vulnerabilities.
