As a Field Supervisor at OJ Insulation, you will be a key player in overseeing and coordinating construction activities on-site. - Help lead and manage a team of insulation installers, ensuring compliance with project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate and oversee on-site construction activities.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Manage labor and material resources efficiently to optimize project timelines.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting skill development and professional growth.
- Address and resolve any construction-related challenges or conflicts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in construction supervision or management roles.
- Thorough knowledge of insulation install methods, techniques, and materials.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Understanding of safety regulations and protocols within the construction industry.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions as needed.
