A&N Construction LLC, a leader in the commercial siding industry, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee job sites and ensure project success. The Field Supervisor will manage daily field operations, coordinate with crews and subcontractors, and ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and to A&N Construction's high standards of quality. This role requires a hands-on leader who can foster strong team collaboration while maintaining efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervise and lead on-site construction teams, ensuring efficient and effective execution of commercial siding projects.
- Coordinate daily work activities, monitor project timelines, and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure on-time completion.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies on all job sites.
- Provide on-the-spot problem-solving and decision-making to address project challenges and keep projects on track.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, verify the quality of work, and ensure all installations meet A&N Construction's standards.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to provide updates and resolve any issues that arise.
- Train, mentor, and guide field staff, ensuring proper use of tools and materials.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring job sites are adequately stocked.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on job progress, safety incidents, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth transitions between project phases and maintain continuous communication.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the commercial construction or siding industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial siding materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams effectively.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction documents, and job specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to enforcing safety standards on job sites.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record with reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
