We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Field Tech Sales Expert to join our team. This part-time, Katy-area position involves providing technical sales support, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
What you'll do:
Building relationships and selling upgraded solutions is what our Experts do best. They'll deliver and service devices within 24 hours and sell Asurion smart home related products.
Provide superior service and products to deliver each customer with the best experience they can get with their technology
Provide in-person device setup and technical support for customers' smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics
Meet with customers face to face at their homes
Always upsell Asurion smart home and other products
Achieve sales and service goals and grow as a result of feedback and coaching
Through interactions with customers, our experts demonstrate integrity in serving, solving and selling with expectations to listen to the customer’s needs, provide accurate information and conduct themselves in a way that is consistent with Asurion's values.
Travel daily to and from the job site and several customer locations, possibly in heavy traffic and bad weather
