Field Technical Specialist - Ag Hay Products - CNH Industrial

The Field Technical Specialist - AG Hay Products ensures equipment productivity and uptime by troubleshooting complex technical issues with root cause problem solving skills to resolve.

This position is a field position with candidates ideally located in the state of Pennsylvania with travel within the Eastern US and Eastern Canada.

• Primary “In-Field” technical expert for assigned product lines
• Dealer support for complex, technical & developing product issues
• Identification and clear communication to escalate developing technical issues
• Clearly researched and dimensioned problem statements
• Support person for escalation, prioritization, and speed of resolution
• Identification and execution of in-field containment solutions
• Technical Help Desk (THD) Escalation Support
• Level 2 escalation support of THD during seasonal volume peaks
• Participate on Early Warning Teams
• Support Product Improvement Program (PIP) development and execution
• Consult to region brand teams as required for Customer Visits and Customer Satisfaction measurements

Annual base salary range for this role is $74,625 - $109,450 USD. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

The qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience working with heavy equipment including technical knowledge and understanding of equipment business industry or AG specific product knowledge OR
• Associates Degree and 7+ years of experience working with heavy equipment including technical knowledge and understanding of equipment business industry or AG specific product knowledge. 
• At least one year of daily working experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to travel within North America up to 65%.  Ability to obtain a passport for travel to Canada is required.
