- It helps to have some time as a technician under your belt, preferably with a construction equipment background.
- Must have the tools you need to do the job; your hands will only get your so far.
- A DOT medical card is required - don't have one? Don't worry! We can help you get yours.
- Solving problems and troubleshooting go hand-in-hand in this role.
- Know your metro! Familiarize yourself with your surroundings, or at least be able to tell Google to get you from point A to B.
