About the Job
Project Coordination: Assist in the project schedules, ensuring timely progress and adherence to customer and company deadlines.
Team Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams, including scheduling meetings and a crew of 4-5, preparing documentation, and coordinating communications with customers and subcontractors.
Quality Assurance: Assist in monitoring and inspecting work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
Client Interaction: Maintain client relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing updates on project status.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, daily logs, and progress reports. Assist in preparing reports for senior management.
Material Management: Assist in sourcing and procuring materials and services needed for projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency. Ensuring that contractors receive the necessary materials for the project promptly.
Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to assist in overseeing project progress, addressing onsite issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and product warranties.
Issue Resolution: Assist in identifying and resolving project-related issues, escalating to senior staff when necessary.
Must have:
Valid License
1 year experience in Roofing. Windows and Siding a plus
Leadership and customer service experience
AccuLynx preferred, not required
