Job responsibilities & skills include:
• Learn company policy
• Read and comprehend company forms such as Lease Documents and Final Account Statements
• Extensive data entry
• Accurately key data using mouse, 10-key, keyboard
• Meet schedules and timelines
• Other tasks as directed by supervisor
Qualifications:
• Superior organizational ability and customer service
• Multi-family software experience a plus
• Computer literacy required; proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and collection-based software
• High school diploma; English writing skills
• Bilingual (any language) a plus
Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
