Responsibilities:
Best Value Food Products, is looking for experienced, positive and energetic office employees to join our team! We are an established food service distributor we always look for team members that want to stay long term. ROOM TO GROW!
Responsibilities:
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently;
- EDI Experience a big PLUS.
- Maintain the Master Item files;
- Update Photo Catalogs and Website Photos for Items
- Create appropriate codes for accurate tracking of item file sales;
- Maintain the master file database;
- Ability to identify and communicate issues and work to resolve in a timely manner;
- Purge item file to help maintain accuracy;
- Provide assistance to Sales AP and AR as needed;
- Partner with management to positively effect change and progress;
- Perform price checks
- Participation in monthly inventory counts.
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills;
- Ability to handle stressful situations;
- MS Outlook, Word, & Excel proficient;
- EDI Experience would be considered an asset;
- Exceptional keying and calculation accuracy;
- Photo editing Experience
- Highly organized and excellent communication skills;
