Final Line Mechanic I (3461) - Entegee

Summary: Seeking a Final Line Mechanic I to assemble, install, and adjust aircraft structure parts and system components.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1 year aerospace/aviation experience or equivalent mechanical experience (e.g., auto mechanics, heavy equipment)

• A&P license may offset the one year of experience required

• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams

Preferred Skills:

• Solumina and Smarteam experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, and adjust aircraft structure parts and system components

• Rig control cables, sectors, linkages, control surfaces, landing gear and doors, engines, cowls, aircraft entry doors

• Remove and replace linkage, sectors, components; cut and fit system lines for basic repairs

• Ensure quality and efficiency of all installations; ensure all parts/assembly meet requirements

• Install systems lines, valves, ducts ensuring a leak-free system

• Use various tools including permaswage pumps, dies, line cutting tools

• Maintain logs and records such as MIR sheets, DMTs

• Support continuous improvement processes

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
