About the Job
Bachelor’s Degree in Business w/ a major in accounting
Minimum of 5-7 years of professional accounting experience
3+ years of supervisory experience
CPA preferred
Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products and ability to learn and adapt to changing technology utilized in role
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Financial Software
General ledger experience including account analysis, preparation of account reconciliations, month and year end close, and the ability to explain account variances
Experience with multiple organizations and intercompany transactions
Real estate development with partnership accounting and tax experience a plus
Knowledge of nonprofit accounting a plus
