Finance and Accounting Rotation Program Analyst - onsemi

About the Job
We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our Finance and Accounting Rotation Program as an Analyst. This program is designed to provide a comprehensive experience across various finance disciplines within onsemi . As a Finance and Accounting Rotation Program Analyst, you will have the opportunity to spend 6 months within each of the different finance departments, including Corporate Accounting, Investor Relations, Business Unit Finance, and Manufacturing Finance. This rotational structure will enable you to gain a deep understanding of our business and industry, while building a strong foundation in finance and accounting.
The start date for this position will be June 2025.
Responsibilities:
+ Participate in rotational assignments across different finance departments to gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of finance.
+ Collaborate with the corporate accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.
+ Assist in financial analysis and forecasting, including revenue projections, expense analysis, and financial modeling.
+ Support investor relations activities, including financial communications, investor presentations, and analyst interactions.
+ Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with business unit finance teams to analyze financial performance, develop budgets, and support strategic initiatives.
+ Engage with the manufacturing operations finance team to analyze costs, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive operational efficiencies.
+ Assist in evaluating and implementing financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
+ Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes, policies, and procedures.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special finance projects and initiatives.
