Job Duration : 12+ Months Contract

THIS IS A 12 MONTH+ CONTRACT ROLE. ONLY CANDIDATES LOCAL TO SOLON, OH AREA WILL BE CONSIDERED. MUST WORK ONSITE TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS; Mondays and Fridays are remote.
The Associate Finance Analyst will be responsible for actively managing trade related deductions/claims and activities related to trade deductions/claims for the Client Professional business. In this role you will be completing actions to clear exceptions related to trade deductions/claims, while driving change within our customer base to improve accuracy of deductions/claims.
Experience:
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, required
- Proficiency in English
- Work experience in accounting, financial or sales trade analysis
- Excel experience
Additional Skills:
- Ability to influence business decisions with concrete financial support
- Resolve conflicts / discrepancies positively and expertly
- Work independently in solving business issues and taking initiative
- Partner with the customer / other functional teams to drive business results and meet deliverables
- Utilize data to identify risks and opportunities and make recommendations
- Communicate effectively and expertly in written and verbal form, including presentation skills
