We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team!
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll understand Mosaic’s core business while providing sound fiscal planning and analysis that aligns with our mission, vision and values. Develop positive relationships with operations. Be an expert at using all budget and reporting analysis systems, processes and tools.

What you’ll do in this role:
* Achieve positive relationships with operations by understanding the core business and how operations provides services
* Provide financial analysis of results, including preparation for monthly financial review meetings, reporting budget to actual comparisons, forecasting business results through year-end projections, providing service level profitability analysis, assisting in deficit recovery strategies, and ensuring organization sustainability
* Assist in close process by reviewing financials, preparing accrual entries that ensure accurate results
* Lead monthly agency financial review meetings for areas of responsibility
* Ensure consistency of deliverables and processes across the organization
* Provide accurate, timely and relevant financial analysis information for assigned agencies to the vice president of operations and vice president of financial planning and analysis
* Develop the annual and revised budgets for areas of responsibility, including the review and endorsement of budgets for submission to the national office
* Monitor the impact of agency financial performance on reimbursement and support agencies with related strategic planning
* Serve in evaluating mission expansion opportunities by participating in due diligence, integration planning, financial reviews and sustainability of services as needed
* Recommend appropriate financial processes to comply with systems and coordinate with cost accounting analyst on the preparation, review and submission of applicable cost reports
* Serve as the subject matter expert for funding methodology for assigned states.

Ideally, you should have:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* CPA or a Master’s Degree preferred but not required.
* Minimum of five years of work experience in financial management and accounting.
