We are searching for a talented Finance Clerk
Hours: 32hrs
Shift: Day shift; 7:00am - 3:30pm
Location: Southcoast Business Center – Fairhaven, MA; Position will follow a hybrid schedule

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Responsibilities:Under the general supervision and direction of the Manager, Accounting or designee, review, match and process invoices with receiving documents and Pos. Notify Purchasing Department of any discrepancies in code or price. Process electronic invoices including running and maintaining exception reports and freight reports. Participate in MM/AP accrual process. Follow up with vendors on outstanding invoices and credits which are listed on the accrual list.Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus additional specialized courses or training required.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
