We are seeking an experienced finance manager to lead our company's financial operations and planning.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entry, chart of accounts.
- Prepare, perform and analyze trial balance monthly.
- Perform monthly and quarterly close procedures.
- Provide revenue recognition per ASC 606.
- Provide std cost detail and monthly Std Cost variance detail.
- Prepare monthly inventory reconciliation with detailed part number report that ties to GL.
- Prepare warranty and inventory reserve reconciliations.
- Prepare fixed asset record details, asset tagging information, gross and NBV along with depreciation recorded; provide assistance identifying location of assets.
- Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures in accordance with GAAP.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and reporting packages for executive management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Support with implantation of company’s ERP system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA preferred
- 7 years of accounting and finance experience
- Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex financial information (fluent in Chinese is highly preferred)
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing accounting/finance teams
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical practices
- Advanced skills in accounting software/ERP systems and MS Office suite
