What this job involves:
- Lead the team in managing all monthly financial close activities to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting deliverables.
- Oversee cash management procedures to ensure accounts receivable/payable objectives and contractual vendor repayment requirements are achieved.
- Create and present consolidated monthly reporting package inclusive of variance analysis, performance metrics, supporting schedules, and forward-looking commentary inclusive of risks and opportunities to contractual budget.
- Provide leadership for the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes and serve as key contact for site operations personnel.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close activities and ensure integrity and accuracy of reported results and reconciliation with client billing.
- Coordinate and track the cost savings initiatives for the region and Globe.
- Ensure that appropriate processes, systems, and controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions.
- Have a comprehensive technical and functional understanding of all finance and accounting systems & processes.
- Maintain working knowledge of, and ensure compliance with, Master Services Agreement (MSA).
- Assist in compilation and analysis of financial and operational data required for certain quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement new planning & reporting tools.
- Collaborate with operations teams to better understand their budget to actual differences and conduct thorough monthly variance reviews and forecasting.
- Ensure robust financial controls and maintain compliance with SOX reporting.
- Manage the billing process and ensure proper calculation, invoicing and recognition of costs and related revenues/fees on a timely basis.
- Develop, maintain, and implement processes and financial controls within the framework of GAAP, Internal Audit, and JLL and client policies.
- Work with Sourcing and site operations teams to set budget targets and identify cost reduction opportunities as necessary to achieve savings targets.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and/or MBA a plus
- A minimum of 7-10 years relevant work experience with supervisory experience
- Audit and internal controls background a plus.
- Strong accounting acumen with prior experience working across global teams.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PeopleSoft
- Proficiency with JD Edwards E1 General Ledger system a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, proven presentation skills
- Understanding of and commitment to client services
Estimated total compensation for this position:
90,000.00 – 120,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
