Finance Manager
Katalyst Group is recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of a non-profit organization headquartered in downtown Chicago making a tremendous impact to the communities it serves through the delivery of healthcare and education-based services.
Job Overview:
- The Finance Manager will work closely with operations/program leadership team members to create pre-award budgets to support the grant application process and establish post-award budgets and monitoring/reporting processes.
- The Finance Manager plays a key role in serving as a business partner to operations leadership in understanding and determining annual budgets, updating periodic forecasts, and ensuring program expenses are aligned with donor requirements.
- Finance professionals with an undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting, at least 5 years of financial analysis and grant management experience, a solid understanding of GAAP, and advanced MS Excel skills are encouraged to contact us immediately to learn more about this exciting opportunity.
