Job Summary
Vaco has partnered with a company and they have an opening for a Finance Manger to oversee the accounting department, specifically with accounts receivable billing and collections
This person will also be involved in general accounting such as preparing finance statements and maintain the general ledger

Responsibilities: Oversees the daily workflow of billing team to maintain accounts receivable collections
Oversees day-to-day bookkeeping/accounting
Maintain employee payroll
Bank Reconciliation
Maintain general ledger and journal entries
Manages the implementation of Deltek Vantagepoint
Establishes internal controls
Oversees budgeting and forecasting
Skills/Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
8 years of experience in accounting/project construction
Excellent management and supervisory skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Need to have experience in Deltek Vantagepoint to carry out implementation
MS Excel proficiency
