Finance Manager, Global Treasury Operations
JOB SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for liquidity and bank exposure, including but not limited to, weekly and quarterly reporting and maintaining the Liquidity and Bank Exposure (LBE) system. Manage new account openings setting up externally with banks and internally with Chubb systems. Administrator/manage bank access requests, reporting, ad hoc reporting requests, business process efficiency reviews, handling various internal customer service requests and assisting on special projects as needed. This position may also assist in maintaining and upgrading Bank Administration systems. RELATIONSHIPS AND SCOPE:
This position reports directly to the AVP, North America Treasury and is responsible for the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of the duties listed outlined in the position description. This role interacts effectively with other business and operational units across the Chubb organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, train, and guide team of onshore and offshore Analysts
- Coordinate weekly global liquidity reporting
- Analyze, monitor, forecast and submit bank fees for approval
- Provide quarterly global bank exposure reporting
- Perform and maintain Liquidity and Bank Exposure System updates
- Perform audits of the authorized users on bank platforms managed by Global Treasury
- Initial point of contact for internal and external compliance audits
- Monitor notional pool for sustained overdrafts and provide proposals to cure
- Act as Security Administrator on multiple bank portals and internal systems
- Initiate, update and maintain bank documentation for banking services utilized
- Setup bank new bank accounts and test with internal systems
- Maintain list of restricted bank accounts
- FBAR process – analyze data, provide reporting, coordinate communication
- Participate in various ad hoc projects (i.e. new system scoping and implementation assistance)
