The Finance Manager at CTC Auto Group will lead financial operations, ensuring strong financial health and providing strategic guidance to support company growth. This role involves overseeing budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and analysis to optimize performance and maintain financial stability. You'll work closely with senior management to develop insights and drive financial decisions that align with CTC Auto Group's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare detailed budgets, forecasts, and financial models, analyzing variances and providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Budget Management: Manage budgeting processes across departments, identifying opportunities to optimize resources and control expenses.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and develop strategies to enhance liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations, supporting internal and external audits as needed.
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to provide data-driven recommendations on growth initiatives, cost savings, and investment opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support the finance team, promoting professional development and maintaining high performance standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of finance experience, with a focus on budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proven experience with financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating a team.
