We’re a fast-growing non-profit seeking a Finance Manager for a hybrid role (60% on-site, 40% remote). In our dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, you'll work with a dedicated team focused on our mission. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the financial liaison to external partners, including auditors and vendors
Work closely with private and governmental auditors to validate income and expenses throughout the year
Perform monthly reconciliations and analyses, including month-end close, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations
Prepare and present monthly financial statements
Address financial inquiries from internal and external staff
Assist in developing budgets for grants
Manage accounts payable/receivable
Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits
Perform other duties as assigned by the President & CEO
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience working with non-profit financials required
Bachelor’s Degree required; CPA preferred
Strong attention to detail with excellent multitasking abilities
Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online
Exceptional organizational skills
Prior experience in grant accounting is a plus
